Designing for Empathy: What, Why, How?

Dr. Gokcigdem participated in a ground-breaking “Visual Arts and Empathy Think Tank” at the U.C. Berkeley, hosted by the Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia)’s newly launched Center for Empathy and Visual Arts (CEVA) and the Berkeley Social Interaction Lab (BSI). “Fostering Empathy Through Museums” was used as a reference book throughout the workshop, which included 15 empathy thought leaders and multidisciplinary experts.
